The mandate focused on the production of multiple video capsules tailored for social media, built around direct, meaningful questions such as what drives their passion for their work or how they approach key topics like leadership, team management and communication. These short-form videos were designed to give audiences a clear and concrete understanding of what Groupe Lavigne does on a daily basis, by highlighting the people behind the expertise. The objective was to translate complex professional subjects into accessible, engaging content without diluting the brand’s credibility or formal positioning.
A collective voice, clearly defined.
In parallel, a long-form horizontal video titled “Le Groupe Lavigne, c’est” was produced, bringing together consultants, team members and the company’s president. Each participant shared their own perspective on what defines Groupe Lavigne, creating a unified narrative built from individual voices. The creative direction aimed to strike a precise balance: content that feels dynamic and enjoyable to watch, while remaining aligned with the brand’s professional and structured identity. Visual rhythm, pacing and framing were carefully considered to ensure the videos felt polished, intentional and engaging. The result reinforces Groupe Lavigne’s presence across digital platforms, conveying their message with clarity, depth and personality. Serious content, delivered with energy, without ever losing focus on who they are as a brand.
