We immersed ourselves in the company’s culture and history to shape a brand that feels both familiar and forward-thinking. Rather than disrupt, the goal was to evolve, to articulate what PMP already stood for, but with clarity, purpose, and visual coherence across the group.
Every detail of the new identity was designed with intention. A subtle curved line within the “P” ties PMP back to Plastitel Group’s visual language, reinforcing unity without losing individuality. The label “Les Produits” introduces a layer of consistency across the group’s operations, linking PMP to the wider industrial narrative it now belongs to.
As part of PMP’s strategic rebrand, HALO was entrusted with managing both the internal and external communication phases surrounding the transition. We first developed and deployed the internal announcement plan, ensuring that every employee across the organization received a clear, consistent message explaining the name change, the reasons behind it, and the company’s long-term vision. This stage was critical to securing employee alignment and reducing resistance to change, while also equipping managers with the right tools to communicate effectively with their teams. Following the internal launch, we coordinated the official rebrand event, designed to position PMP as a strengthened industry leader. The event brought together company stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and municipal representatives, including mayors from surrounding cities. Our team handled every aspect of the event: concept design, logistics, guest coordination, on-site branding, and technical production. To extend the visibility of the rebrand beyond the event, Halo also coordinated a radio feature on 99.3 FM, ensuring the launch reached the local community and strengthened PMP’s regional presence. The result was a seamless transition that reinforced PMP’s new identity at every level, internally with employees, externally with clients and partners, and publicly with key community leaders. This holistic approach ensured that the rebrand was not only revealed, but also understood, adopted, and celebrated.
This wasn’t about starting over. It was about showing evolution, about making it clear that PMP is not only still here, but stronger, sharper, and ready for what’s next.
Next projects.
